Refunds may be issued if DrWifi fails to function as promised and cannot be resolved, or if billing errors occur. Prepaid services are eligible for refunds only for unused months of an annual subscription.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided for used services, customer-initiated issues, or fees for onsite support and hardware installations.
